This card-game, I believe, links in to communication with the dead (the Gods, Demi-Gods, Angels, Spirits and Demons of Humanity) and even with remote viewers whom I believe are still employed by the governments and intelligence services thereof, of several of the largest countries on Earth (at least).

I would kindly also like to point you to this conversation I had with @Grok over on x.com, which seems to indicate that scientific evidence of the existence of telepathy is covered up by governments world-wide, and it also points to a huge potential coverup of the CIA 'stargate' project that ran during the Cold War 1.
The only remaining question is : do I add these capabilities into this tarot cardgame; as a compulsory feature by the way, because you'd have to see how much of the population, and under which IP addresses, is telepathically gifted.

Explanation
This card is about fostering cooperation to realize your ideas.
The number and element of this card (4=structure, element=fire) are in sync because fire can use the stability of structure, and structure can use the liveliness of fire. Here the structure of 4 doesn't cause stagnation.

4 of Cups
Explanation
With the 4, the second cycle of this suit is commenced, where a choice between structure and feeling has to be made, where old securities have to be let go of to work towards a new future. But like Wands, Cups don't like structure much, they prefer to be free and dream rather than to make commitments and go for something.

To let go of securities and pursue ideals is not an easy task. Give yourself the time you need to make this step. Don't fool yourself to believe you feel fine with those old securities, something inside you desires the new and unknown. Death is a card that does not fall frequently, it is a bit of a special card. When it does fall, you should spend time to understand it's meaning for you then and there. First of all to take away the negative appearance of the card, second because the card signifies an important time in the life of the asker.
The card may indicate relational problems. Getting rid of the old may mean abandoning someone you once loved.

Explanation
