Should I unexpectedly die for some strange reason, for instance by long standing "dissident" disputes (I'm an assertive peace activist who is not without the ability to look at his own ranks with criticism) suddenly becoming lethal in some way, I want my belongings donated to my parents initially, and to the Amsterdam.NL stedelijk museum after their eventual death, who may all do with it all as they please, on condition of keeping copies of https://nicer.app plus https://said.by up and running.

Personal history : I was severly abused by psychiatry at mentrum.nl, and later at arkin.nl as well, really by all psychiatrists that I've ever encountered, in the form of :

1. Haldol treatments that were probably more suited for more psychopathically violent individuals above my weightclass and height, which caused suicidal thoughts.
2. The near-complete draining of my savings account as I needed to save my own life from these suicidal thoughts, even after quitting the Haldol -against "doctor's" advice- by embarking on a long trip to Australia.
3. Epilepsy.
4. Tremors.
5. Cramps.

And still, the root cause of my need to visit psychiatric care, my stubborn irregular day-night-rythm problems, weren't properly addressed by mentrum until about 15 years into my treatment, based on advice that I gave them in a hospital of theirs in Amsterdam North (Boven het IJ ziekenhuis); to not allow caffeinated coffee served during the afternoon and evening.
Following this advice at home has not been easy, but I suspect it's the only advice I'll ever need from these monsters at mentrum.nl
